Drak, Howler, and Frankie, three young men decended from Count Dracula, a werewolf, and Frankenstein's creation, decide to use their powers to help make up for the wrongs of their ancestors. With a battlecry of "whacko!" they would transform from normal humans into their ancestral forms to fight evil, usually comprised of Dr. Dred and OGRE (Organization for Generally Rotten Endeavors). The Drak Pack used the Drakster as transportation, a car which had the ability to both fly and float. They often conferred with Count Dracula, or the "Big D" as they called him, when they needed advice.
