Beany and Cecil cartoonThis is a twisted retelling of the 60's cartoon starring Beany & Cecil. They thwart the plans of evil Dishonest John. The series often made fun of popular culture.

John Kricfalusi, the producer and director, later created The Ren and Stimpy Show. Cecil's voice actor, Billy West, also provided the voice of Stimpy.
