It is time to play a game called Guess that Cartoon Character! It's just like 20 questions but with no limit to how many questions can be asked and the answer is always a cartoon character. I will give the first letter of the first name of a cartoon character that I am thinking of then you try to guess it. Who ever guesses it right first gets to pick the next character!

Rules
*Yes/No questions only
*One question at a time, makes game last longer
*After 12 questions a hint will be given (unless the guessers are close)
*When it is your turn to give a cartoon character please start a new post and include all the rules

READY???

Starts with the letter...

"L"

Is it Leonardo of the Ninja Turtles?

If not, does the character have a first and last name (as opposed to a single name like Splinter or Lion-O)?

Random guess for fun- Is it Lucky Luke?

If not, is the cartoon based on a comic book or strip?

Not Lucky Luke. I'll have to look that one up, he's new to me! Very Happy

It's a Belgian comic and later cartoon series- very popular in Europe, but probably not very widely known in the USA and other parts of the world.
Yeah- it's pretty good. Smile Cool

Is it a Marvel character?

Is it Launchpad McQuack?

If not, was this series made by Hanna-Barbera?

(Given the extremely prolific amount of cartoons they've made over the decades, this can help narrow things down a /lot/, and is nearly always a safe question xD ).

Hint time? Sure, why not...

The studio originally approached George Lucas to produce this feature.

Confused

So, I thought it might be good to get some of the basic questions answered. Is the character a human being?
