Simple minimal style cartoon in a tropical setting?

Every now and then I remember parts of this cartoon.
It's very far back in my memory. I remember a very simple almost abstract style. (geomertric shaped heads) thick lines pastel colors. All the images / scenes that I remember take place on a beach / island.
I think it's an 80's cartoon but it also might be older.
Perhaps it's originally a Spanish or Italian cartoon, but that is just a guess.

This might not be enough clues to find the titel of this cartoon but i thought i might give it a chance here. I would love to find out what it is that's so far back in my mind.

Thanks for the great suggestion, but unfortunately it's not the cartoon I'm searching for. I know i don't have much info at the moment, sorry.

I think it was a series, and one of the main characters in the show had a triangle shaped head.

The charakters where kind of picasso cubism style figures, I think one of them had a mouth above his/her eyes. (upside down face) Maybe it was a purple woman with black long curly hair.

Was just about to go to sleep, and then I remembered something new.
I think there was a character male or female that had no arms, only long legs and that would play soccer.
Maybe everything in the show took place in Brazil.

I saw it on dutch TV I think it was on RTL4 but I think it was in English, but it might have been a different language originally. In holland most tv shows and cartoons are in English. (with subtitels)

Hi there, I'm pretty sure I know which cartoon you are looking for!

It's from 1992 and called Cobi Tv Cultura. It was indeed a spanish show and I recently looked this cartoon up myself.
