Cartoon with evil blue dinosaurs/dragons in future city??

Hi.

Back in the days i watched a cartoon where some blue dinosaurs/dragons were a menace in a futuristic city invironment.

I cant remember much of it. But as i recon the dragons came up from the water or something?

-I think the good goys wore orange suits and flew around in jetplanes, but im not sure about that! -In one of the episodes, a person from the good-guy-team found a baby-dinosaur who was taken good care of, by that person?!

Please help me find the name of the show! -everything tried!

There was a series in which the good guys
flew in jets & planes that were primarily orange

Ring Raiders

but I don't think they ever encountered
dinosaurs/dragons

was this anime or western animation?

Well. I can't remeber that much of it. It might be Ring Raiders. I'll try to watch some of it on youtube.

-But as far as i can remember, their planes were more angular!

What is most clear to me, is an episode where some blue T-rex-like dinosaurs with white undersides broke trough some ice in an harbour or something near a futuristic city.
