Have you ever gone back in time for a minitue and actually fired up the old NES or better yet, pea soup colored Gameboy and play a game from it? I know Super NES what back in the early 90's (I rememebr it then anyways) but my roomate decided to play StarFox for it. They really tried to push the limits of consoles back then. If your Nintendo still works and you could play a game on it (or whatever else system you have/had), what game would it be ? My favourite game at the time for NES was Afterburner. It had the neat cartridge that was black and sleek and made by Tengen. Also, Gauntlet 2 is definetly a favourite of mine too. Play it with my friends for a fun night still. Smile

I just pulled out my old nes, I still have alot of games for it. I played California games and paperboy. I have Final Fantasy, A boy and his Blob, Maniac mansion, mario 2&3, wizards and Warriors, castlevania, Kung Fu & tetris. I also still have my super nes & my nintendo 64. I want to get Megaman 2 for nintendo, I have really been wanting to play that.

All the Mega Man games are awesome! My particular favorite was always Mega Man 3 though, but Mega Man 2 is good too. I particularly remember the Wood Man and Air Man levels pretty well.

Check out Electronic Boutique- I think they still sell NES games. Rhino (http://www.rhinovideogames.com) definitely still does and they usually have the Mega Man games (as well as tons others in stock) You can even sometimes get cool NES accessorites like the Power Pad exercise mat (I've used one of these before!!!! - played "Track and Field" with this! Very Happy ) and the infamous Power Glove- I remember a friend who had this too! That was like the coolest accessory ever! Imagine playing "Mike Tyson's Punch Out" with that bad boy on! Very Happy Cool

Of course, I'd be happy with my zapper gun playing Duckhunt and Super Mario Bros. again! Cool

I completely forgot about power pad! I am so gonna go out and get that, it's kicks butt. I really liked mega man 3 also, I like the mega man games in general. NES had the best games, there are soooo many classics.

My first Game Boy still works after 16 years!

I love the old systems, especially Intellevision and Colecovision/ADAM. When I was in kindergarden I was the only person who had all these systems, so of course everyone came over to my house, it was great. One of my favorite things to do was play He-Man for Intellevision and just bomb the crap out of Skeletor!

I never had an NES but I loved to play Top Gun and Mike Tyson punch out on my Uncles. My other Uncle had an intelevision and the best game for that was Tron Deadly Discs. I still have a comador 64 with two cases of game discs as well as a PONG game from the 70's in it original box, and it still has the price tag on it.

Wasn't that power glove in that Fred Savage NES movie?

It looked mega-cool, but it was too expensive for me.
