| Sorry for the wrong info, the robot is assembled by 4 or 5 ships consisting of one lady and a fatty and a boy. It sounds something like "tempek". Thanks a million.

There were 4 people, though no kid, and only 3 of them had ships that combined into a Robot, but maybe Getter Robo G

| I am really trying to recall back the name of the cartoon movie. Can it be something like Ganguard and Daimos? I remember hearing the conversation sounded like "Temp Pek". Pls help. Thanks in advance.

While looking at the Intro for Saber Riders I remembered this thread. Maybe it could be the Ramrod a.k.a Bismarck from that show
There's a sequence where 4 cockpits are circling around. While the actual robot is a single piece the cockpits may lead you to remember a combination.
The robot transforms from a Space ship and in the English version its voiced by none other than Optimus Prime himself: Peter Cullen
