Ahhh, the cartoon knowledge is strong amongst you. But how are your recognition skills?
New game!
I'll post a picture of a cartoon character. First person to correctly identify the character and show gets to post the next picture. I'm going to put a time limit on this one. If no one gets it in 5 days I'll post 5 hints and give you another 5 days. If no one gets it, the answer will be given as will a new picture. Sound good?

We do need more game threads. I mainly want to do a picture because i see these types of posts come up every once in a while and there so much fun to figure out.

Let me know if anyone has an suggestions to improve this game.

Yup, his name is spoken onscreen. He's not in every episode, but he is a major character when he's around.

1. He's in a fantasy series from the eighties.
2. He's a sympathetic villain who aids the heroes in the end.
3. One of those heroes uses the same weapon as Robin Hood.
4. His creator, the epic Buzz Dixon, had to fight to get him in the show; his frightening appearance and dark backstory made execs wary of him.
5. His name sounds similar to a mathematical term that refers to sets of 10.
