80's Cartoon - Evil Robot Nanny? Anyone Know The Name???

[b]I have remembered this since I was a kid. The parents hire a nanny/babysitter for the kidd/kids who seems like a nice old lady, but is really evil. At the end, she gets pushed into the pool I think and short circuits.

I thought this might be a CBS Storybreak episode, but can't find a match. Anybody know what this is? I know other people remember it, because I have seen it asked on IMDB on the Storybreak forums(they didn't know LOL).

I remember a robot nanny in Fantastic Max - but that may not help much.

I looked up "Grinny" on Amazon and sure enough, that's the one. I recognized the story IMMEDIATELY and it was made into an episode of CBS Storybreak.....Good to know I am not nuts
