Car hidden in billboard

Okay, so, there was this cartoon and in it a car was hidden in a billboard. A bad guy would drive by, the billboard would flip open and the car/person would race after then. I think this even happened in the intro but don't quote me on that. Anyway, I can't recall if the car was on the other side of the billboard or drove out from underneath it when it flipped. The show itself had a high tech vibe.

I thought this happened in COPS but I'm almost done the first season and haven't seen it. I must be mistaken. It's a good show though. Berzerko drives me nuts (why does he have to be in like every episode!!) but I love how Bert Raccoon is in it and the music is awesome.

It's bugging me.

Hmm- I don't remember any cameos from Bert Raccoon in "C.O.P.S." - although that would be awesome! LOL- I grew up watching both cartoons- both '80s classics.
I'll have to mull on this other show you're describing- sounds vaguely familiar perhaps but not totally sure.
