Chinese or Japanese.. With two Dolphins.. Under the sea..

I have been searching the web but I couldn't find the name of my cartoon..

It is Japanese or Chinese cartoon, and I'm not sure about the year. I have been seeing it in between 1980 and 1990..
I can remember the intro, it is about the main character on the sea, and two dolphins jumping out from the sea and if I remember correctly he is ridding on two of them towards camera with splashes of water besides them. He can dive probably as long as he can under water and he is equipped with the knife. He is wearing it around his belt, it is a simple knife. When he is diving he has the knife in his mouth. I remember the the underwater city, Atlantis probably, in one episode it is collapsing, and the main character who is running away. I think killing some animal and it's awful sound are collapsing the city. In intro I remember camera zooming down to the main character from the sun. Also I remember Poseidon, maybe it is his father or someone he is listening to, or even some other cartoon I have been watching in the same period. I have a vague image in my head of two of them, but..

I know I can't remember much, but that's all.. Sorry for my english..
Please help, I have been searching this cartoon a very long time..

no sure what your talking about all i could come up with was (Flipper and Lopaka) it was around the 90's. Good luck hope you find what your looking for.

No, this one is japanese look alike cartooon.. Maybe it is older than i thought..

There are alot of Japanese cartoons between 1975 & 1985 i looked some what none about dolphins that i can see though.

I found IT !!!

I tried Marine Boy in youtube.com and saw great similarity with the cartoon I described, but it wasn't Marine Boy.. I reviewed some more clips and then I saw my cartoon in related videos menu. It is "Triton of the sea".. There weren't two dolphins he stood on, there was only one.. And then I remembered the entire intro..
