I need help remembering this 80's cartoon movie! :)

Hi when i was young i remember watching a cartoon movie and i can only remember 1 scene! So you get the idea of what the animation was like i could vaguely compare it to rainbow brite as far as the way it was drawn. The one scene i remember was a white horse coming down from the sky and it had red flames for a main and a tail and it was friends with a little boy...it might have had the title of flames or fire in the title, i could be wrong. Like the Fire Horse or something....i could be wrong all together. It may have been more anime-style like the fantastic adventures of unico rather than rainbow brite but im sure ya'll get the picture. I would love ANY idea's that might help my memory.

oh and i apologize that this was made in the 30's and not the 80's, i had no idea, lol.

Is Ivan's Magic Pony only in the "All the Pretty Horses"? or is it a movie on its own....cant seem to find the actual movie, only the music video "All the pretty horses".

Anyways sorry for the double posting, i just got excited and forgot to mention somethings, my bad!
