I need help I remember this show growing up but don't remember the title at all

in season 4 episode 8: 8 simple rules for buying my teenage daughter

when they are interviewing for babysitters there is the scene with the blob and rhino like creature that shoots balls out of his horn I guess ??

please any help would be fantastic

Sounds like The Herculoids. Tundro (multi-legged rhino-like thing that shot energy rocks from his horn) and Gloop (the larger blob) or Gleep (the smaller blob).

The other two creatures in the picture are Igoo (the rock ape) and Zok (the spacey-looking dragon). The humans were Zandor (the father), Tarra (the mother) and Dorno (the child)
