well, it's been a while since i posted anything, but i'm currently working on pg 5 of the re-vamp. the writer has told me that he worked out a story for arc 2, that heavily involves the Lunatacs and mutants, primarily.

Why don't you do an electronic version too? You may be able to reach more fans with a ready download from a site...

I had no clue there was so much love for "TSharks" out there. I had not even heard of it until TSharkfan1 (the forum member) came along. Love the art here.

I grew up with "TigerSharks" (and its parent show, "The Comic Strip") and I've long been a fan of the whole anthological series since it first aired in the late '80s. ("The Comic Strip" was the overall series- and the opening intro was made to look like an actual newspaper comic strip with various cartoon series. "TigerSharks", "Karate Kat", "Street Frogs" and "The Mini-Monsters" were the ones featured. Different shows were paired up on different days throughout the week (depending on what area you lived in- different markets did it differently- I've heard some places aired it on Saturdays...)- but 15 minute episodes of two different series were aired in a half-hour block. In the case of "TigerSharks", all the episodes were two-parters, since due to its format of being an action show, a standard full episode would be 30 minutes long- and to fit in the format of "The Comic Strip", the 30-minute episode would be broken up into two 15-minute parts in order to air within that framework.
And yes- it's great to see some other fans of this great Rankin-Bass series out there. And with brother shows "ThunderCats" and "SilverHawks" finally out on DVD in their entirety, I hope "The Comic Strip" will one day see a full DVD release as well. Very Happy
