Here is a list of some of the more Famous Series from the 70's to the 90's.

In personal opinion is that it's a pity that none of those great series was released until now.

Obviously, the more time passes the less the chances of being released diminish and are being for gotten.

Here is the list:

Lassie’s Rescue Rangers
My Favorite Martians
Ovide and the Gang
Paw Paws

Punky Brewster
Saturday Supercade
Spiral Zone
The Biskitts
The Bluffers
The Comic Strip
The Get Along Gang
The Kid Super Power Hour with Shazam

Spiral Zone at least got an unofficial DVD release with the cooperation of the supervising producer for the show.
The Get-Along Gang was released to DVD by Mill Creek a few years back.
Ewoks has had at least a few episodes released to DVD, but not a full series release yet.
Lassie's Rescue Rangers has had at least 5 episodes released to DVD in the UK.
As already noted by OP, Pole Position has been released in its entirety to DVD.
Popeye's Treasure Hunt is a segment of The All New Popeye Hour and some of those episodes have been released to DVD from the overall show. (I'm not sure if this particular segment was included.)

ProStars has gotten a DVD release of 3 episodes, I believe it is.
It's Punky Brewster has been released almost in its entirety as a bonus feature on the DVD releases of the live action Punky Brewster series. (1 episode segment- "The Shoe Must Go On"- was not included because of music rights issues.)
Warner Archive has announced plans to release as much of Saturday Supercade to DVD as possible- thus far, a best of Q-Bert DVD has been released.
Where's Waldo? has been partially released to DVD in Australia and fully released to VHS in the UK.
Unfortunately, shows like Kidd Video and The Comic Strip will probably never get DVD releases. (Which is a bummer because I love both! At least they got some VHS releases.)
The Hero High portion of The Kid Super Power Hour with Shazam! has been released in its entirety to DVD. Shazam! has gotten a VHS release of at least some episodes. As a superhero fan, I'd love to see that on DVD too myself.
Some of these others like Ovide and the Gang, Kissyfur, Foofur, My Favorite Martians, Dino-Riders and others have gotten a few VHS releases of various episodes at least.
And The Biskitts is getting released to DVD very soon! Smile (See my post about in the '80s cartoons forum.)
