Is it possibly Chang Chong-Chen?

If not, are there any movie versions of the show?

Is there an arch enemy the main character fights against?

Not a static one e.g. Skelator, Cobra Commander; but usually there is an enemy of some sort.

You are sooo close, just keep fishing for it!

Okay- is it maybe Captain Haddock?

If not, is the show named after the main character?

"Billions of bilious blue blistering barnacles!" It is indeed Captain Archibald Haddock from The Adventures of Tintin!

I just never know how to do names of characters that have "Captain" or "Super" in them. Should it have been 'A' for Archibald, 'H' for Haddock? Sorry if I am lousy at it. Laughing

I picked Captain Haddock because throughout most of the translations, his name is usually the same, or at least starts with the same letters.

I would have gone with A as Captain isn't his name, it's his title/rank. As for Super... I would go with their real name's or birth name's first letter. In that case, I would use K (Kal-El) or C (Clark Kent) for Superman.

No, that's fine. Honestly, I doubt I would have known this character by Archibald. (I would definitely have to look that up.)
But Captain Haddock- oh yeah, I definitely love this character!
Great choice! I'm a longtime fan of Tintin- grew up reading the comics and the 1990s cartoon is by far one of the best adaptations of the comics. The late '50s cartoon I have read about- haven't ever seen it- but from what I hear, it's not really regarded well by fans as it does deviate quite a bit from the comics.
The 2011 movie was great though- looking forward to seeing the others that Spielberg and Jackson say are coming.
Thanks for doing one of my favorite series. Very Happy Cool
I will have to think and find a good choice for the next round.

Awesome! Like you, I grew up reading Tintin and just love the crisp artwork. I have yet to see the recent motion picture, I was worried it wouldn't live up to my imagination. Very Happy

Glad you liked it!
