What's that cartoon/anime?

Hi there.

I'm trying to track down a sci-fi cartoon I saw on TV in the late 80s/early 90s. I only remember one scene. I don't know if it was a TV series or a movie.

The scene involves a young girl in a forrest/jungle/woodland. She is communicating with various people via some sort of radio device which she is holding. I don't think she knows its a radio as she remarks that the communicator "has many voices", they are all male from what I remember. One of the voices encourages the girl to push hard on a giant berry fruit in the forrest, from which juice squirts out and she drinks it. One voice is villainous, and suggests that the girl walk into a lake - where there is some sort of creature. Another voice (good) tells her to promptly get out of the lake.

That is about as much as I can remember.
