She's that foxy lizard mutant girl that Raph likes.
I had a crush on her when i was 8 when i saw that episode and no wonder why Raph likes her, he was a lucky bastard.
She should have been on more episodes and even in comics.

Indeed, maybe they should include her on the new show. But she still lives on in fan art.
She was quite a foxy reptilian mutant don't you think? nice legs too. She looks a bit like Sailor Jupiter in some ways.

| I remember the Mona Lisa character- she was a nice addition to the TMNT universe. Speaking of the new Ninja Turtles cartoon, by the way, I've already seen toys for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles out in stores- looks pretty decent so far. Krang and Shredder are both in this one, though Krang looks a good bit different- but still fairly similar to his construction from the '80s cartoon. This new version feels like it might be a mix of the '80s and 2003 series, as far as style and feel goes.

I remember Mona Lisa, and I agree; she's one of the top characters I'd love to see in the new one... especially if they keep the whole "impressed into piracy" aspect of her backstory, which would fit really well with the extradimensional invasion thing. Plus provide the opportunity for countless ninja-and-pirate jokes._________________

Isn't it amazing how back in the 80s and 90s they got away with making hot cartoon animal chicks? i mean you had Mona, Cleo on Heathcliff, Julie Bruin, Minerva Mink, the Swat Kat girls, Cheetara/Pumraya, Goldie Pheasant on Rock a Doodle, Gadget Hackwrench, Miss Kitty the stripper on Great Mouse Detective, Kit Mambo with Brenda Springer and Tatayana on Animalympics, Aishia Clan Clan, Felicia on Darkstalkers, Jenny on Bucky O'Hare, Fifi Fox on Elm chanted Forest, Margot Mallard on Tiny Toons, Bimbette the pink skunkette from the Tiny Toon Summer Vacation movie, M'ress on Star Trek TAS, Sally Acorn and Lupe on Sonic SatAM and even Catwoman in that Batman TAS episode "Tyger Tyger" where she got transformed into a REAL cat-woman (Remember that?) were all hot you have to admit.

Yeah- there was definitely a trend for that for some reason.......
I'm trying to think of a modern day equivalent... I guess "The Looney Tunes Show" has Lola Bunny

Yes and there's also Krystal in Starfox, Kitty Katswell, Cheetah on Justice League, Berrie in Conker and more.
I am a furry myself since i laid eyes on Cleo and Cheetara when i was 4 and i know these things.
