What's the best way to open a G.I. Joe with minimal damage to the card/package? I'm getting back into G.I. Joe figure collecting after owning some as a kid in the 80s. They're mint on card but I want to open them up while also preserving the packaging as much as possible. Does anyone have a good technique for doing this? Thanks.

I would guess you could try cutting really carefully with scissors.
Or I guess you can always try to get doubles and keep one mint in package and open the other one. I love G.I. Joe- but I don't do that much collecting with the toys really- though I do have a few favorite figures here and there. Cool

You could try, CAREFULLY, using a razor blade to slice away the raised part of the bubble plastic.

you can try sing cutters or scissor, make your hand a bit relax before start to open the packaging..
