A new Thundercats series

There aren't any character designs released yet, but it's neat to know there's going to be a new Thundercats series.

WOW! That came out of nowhere. COOL! I only hope a new ThunderCats series will live up to the original '80s classic. (See Transformers: Animated, G.I. Joe: Sigma Six, TMNT 2003 for examples...)
[Okay- so all of those are not necessarily totally bad or anything- but I think it will always be rather hard for anything to replace the original '80s cartoons I grew up watching for me.]
But I'm certainly willing to give a new ThunderCats series a try. I hope that promo art is not an actual character design for Lion-O though.
But hey- Thunder, Thunder, Thunder- ThunderCats- HO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope they actually make one. It desprately needs good talent like in the above fake trailer. And the amazing 'feel' of the original series could NOT be beat.

The creepy feeling of Mum-ra was amazing, and the cuteness of the Wily Kittens, and the power of that scene where the ghost gave Lion-O the power to defeat the villian. WOW.

Any thoughts fans?

I thought the 2003 to 2005 He-Man cartoon was amazing and this will live up to that and the original Thundercats.

wow, i have to say i fear the thought of remakes of my favorite childhood tv shows, but i like this approach to the series. the fact that they brought back the original voice actor of lion-o to do the voice of lion-o's dad is awesome.

side note....thanks for not deleting my acct here. i know i've been M.I.A. for quite some time.
