It seems that Shout! Factory has not officially confirmed this or necessarily denied it yet- and it seems they may not have rights to all the episodes. Anyway- just read the link for an update.

Here's the official press release from Shout! Factory Very Happy

It looks like this set will only have the first 65 episodes included though- The First Season (or "Original Series" as it's known by the fans.)
The 10 episodes that comprise the 2nd. Season (the "Racing Series") will not be included unfortunately- presumably due to rights issues.
No word yet on when to expect this DVD set either- but hopefully it will be soon and with some cool bonuses.
For the record, those 10 episodes from Season 2 have been released in other countries on DVD worldwide- so M.A.S.K. fans may want to look into getting a multi-region DVD player to play some DVDs from other shores.

Yeah- that is pretty expensive. It'll probably be cheaper on Amazon or at Wal-Mart though.

A little bit more news on this. For this who are not liking the steep suggested retail price, I would suggest Amazon.com, as they have the M.A.S.K. DVD set discounted to $69.99
Also coming out that same day (August 9th.) will be a "Volume 1" set of M.A.S.K. with the first two discs from the Complete Series set. That will sell for about 20 bucks. So this may be a more budget-conscious route for fans to take. Check out the cover art for both at the link below.
