Hey- don't know if you all have heard of this already or not, but apparently the cable channel that once was known as Discovery Kids has now been rebranded as The Hub- and wow, they have tons of great shows on there!
http://www.hubworld.com/shows/
There's both some great live action shows and the return of some '80s cartoon classics too.
The evening line-up is pretty incredibly awesome with blocks of Family Ties, The Wonder Years, Doogie Howser, M.D. and Happy Days, Laverne & Shirley and even the live action '60s Batman show!!!
(WOW! If there's any fans of The Wonder Years and Batman out there wanting these shows on DVD, I would start taping episodes- considering these are two of the most requested shows for DVD release and two of the ones with some of the most entanglements and hold-ups for the studios to release them.)
But that's just the primetime lineup. There's also tons of other great '80s shows resurfacing. Classic 1980s cartoons are getting modernized versions airing- including Strawberry Shortcake, My Little Pony and Pound Puppies! And of course, there's yet another new Transformers cartoon- this one called "Transformers Prime". And there's a new G.I. Joe series too- G.I. Joe: Renegades. (And I may be wrong, but I had understood that the original classic 1980s G.I. Joe cartoon from Sunbow would also be airing. It looks like the original '80s series of "My Little Pony" is also airing. I'm not sure if they have them on the schedule yet, but they do have videos of episodes you can watch online already.)
But another one that I'm sure of- the original classic live action series from Jim Henson that will inspire you to dance your cares away and leave worries for another day- YES! Fraggle Rock is back on TV!
So basically, if you don't have this cable channel- you need to get it! It sounds quite awesome!
