Maybe I made the hint a little too revealing. Yes, you are correct. When I was a kid my Dad was stationed in Germany, and we only had one American TV channel to watch. So during breaks of my Grandma taping He-man and other awesome 80's toons, I had to watch german cartoons. "Meister Eder and His Pumuckl" was one of my favorites.
