Ah, ok, i can see it being slimer.

How about the one to the left of captain planet (i'm confused why captain planet is included btw) and the one between Inspector Gadget and the Chipmunks?

I think the one between Inspector Gadget and the Chipmunks is Snoopy.
Not sure on the other one- maybe Chip of "Chip 'N' Dale Rescue Rangers"? (I can see a hat and jacket there- so it seems like it could be.)
