My friend and I were watching Tv tonight and she asked me if i knew what cartoon she was thinking of. She can't remember either.

The scene she is thinking of, and i can actually see it in my mind too but can't remember what show it is, is underwater and a diver takes eels and puts them in a cage on some sort of rod to harness the electricity to turn sand into glass to fix cracks in a glass dome protecting a city or something.

Please help, this is driving us crazy.
