Buttman? or something

I can remember a cartoon while growing up where it was a rip off of batman but called buttman or something and he had a huge butt.
It was very silly but i cant seem to find it anywhere and cant really remember what it was actually called.
It was a short cartoon like Banana Man.
Can anyone remember or know what im talking about?

You're probably thinking of the "Fatman" animated segment on Weird Al Yankovic's 1997 Saturday morning show, "The Weird Al Show".
It was definitely a parody of Batman and Robin as well as a reference to his '80s hit song "Fat" (which is itself a parody of Michael Jackson's '80s hit song "Bad".)

if that isn't the cartoon you were thinking of here is an alternative suggestion. There was a recurring sketch on uk tv show Round the Bend (with doc croc) [89-91] called Botman which was a parody of Batman, with the lead character having an abnormally huge bottom.

I'm 99% sure that show was Around the Bend...
It also had a segment, 'The Teenage Mutant Ninja Toilets'.
