All I vaguely remember is that these things were superheroes, but in order to turn into their superhero form, they jumped into this pool or something that held water and in the water they turned into the superhero.....does anyone remember this?????

Did they turn into Half fish/half human Superheros? If so you could be thinking of Tigersharks.

They used a Pool called the Fish Tank to change into their powered-up forms.

Now does anyone know where I may be able to find full episodes of this cartoon?

Definitely TigerSharks- part of The Comic Strip! Very Happy Cool
I SO loved this cartoon series as a kid! Great show!
As for episodes, well- there were a few released on this VHS tape, but it's rather hard to come by.
http://www.amazon.com/Tigersharks-Power-Shark-VHS/dp/6301486277/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&s=video&qid=1251144976&sr=8-3

You might also want to keep an eye on Ebay- you never know what might pop up there.
And I have also seen a few clips and such posted on Youtube- there may possibly be full length episodes on there- you never know.
Hopefully though- since Rankin Bass has released ThunderCats in its entirety on DVD and begun releasing SilverHawks, maybe they will soon release this gem on DVD too! Very Happy Cool
